Japanese Whaling Terror

After many years of Japanese contempt for the international moratorium on whaling, the illegal whale poachers rammed and sank the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society vessel Ady Gil. Further, as the Sea Shepherd crew abandoned their sinking ship, the Japanese boat attempted to kill them by drowning them with heavy duty water cannons. This was an act of piracy by the Japanese poachers against a small group of six conservationists. Please join the Anti-Whaling Protest from 2 pm to 4 pm on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at the Consulate-General of Japan in Vancouver, 800-1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC. It is time to end whaling forever!
